198 lbs again .... doing all the right things now so it's just a matter of time. I just need ketosis to kick in and the burn will happen in earnest. I had my first real meal at 4:30 pm today. It ended up being a mega fast but I didn't feel the hunger until I got home from the supermarket (I was full of water anyway). I had my hot yoga class today and had to consume a ton of water. I was literally raining water by the end of the session. Hot Yoga is so different from regular yoga (I am trying all of it for the first time so there's a lot of discovery). The hot yoga class left me spent. It was difficult to do some of the movements because I am still a newbie and my body is as stiff as a board. All your energy is focused on yourself as you move through the various poses. It is a real spiritual experience - it's hard to allow external stuff to invade because you are so focused on you. I am beginning to see the mind/body/soul connection. I felt faint and had a headache afterwards - You get quite hot at the end (the room plus your own rising temperature). I should have laid in the room another 5 minutes but I didn't - the sudden temperature change caused a headache. Drinking a lot of water to let go of all the toxins and replenish what I lost. I think I had about 3 liters of water so far. I go back on Sunday at 11:30 am for this hot yoga. My 15 yr old will join me ... I warned her already! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend friends!
