Today I was a lot more hungry than usual. Could it be that I ate bacon instead of a whole grain slice? But isn't the protein in the bacon supposed to make you feel fuller? Or is it something else, like tiredness? Or last night's Schawarma? Who knows. I ate chips for lunch. Didn't really want to but temptation was too big. Hope I'll stay within my RDI today.
