One day up, next day down, day after up again... I wasnt super faithful to tracking yesterday, and I indulged in a fancy drink from the new coffee place and Im not really sure if I logged it right. I also did a TERRIBLE job getting in protein. Today Im going to make some better choices and get in protein early.
Its super cold and dry so I need to drink more water. I need to be more proactive about keeping my hands in good shape in this weather. I forget to bring good stuff to work with me so I guess Ill be slathering tiger balm on them once again.
