Just got back from a great workout. My upper body is still super sore from doing the circuit yesterday so I just focused on cardio tonight. I am thinking Tuesdays and Thursdays should just be my "off" days where I don't do any weights. Mon/Wed/Fri I will do 30 min cardio + 30 min circuit.
Just a note: Actually giving myself specific days that I work out has been really helpful for me. When I used to say "I'll work out 4 times this week"... I would end up skipping days that I could have easily gone just because "I can go tomorrow instead."
Feeling good about my new plan of action!! :)
