So chuffed, it is only a pound but it feels like the work I am doing is paying off. I just hope I can keep it off this time 😆. Everyone who is trying to loose weight, well done for giving it a go. It is so hard to do and sometimes it feels like it is impossible to loose weight but here we are all trying and that is an accomplished ment in its self. 👏👏👏
