Met with the doctor today. He was impressed, which always makes me feel good. He said it was not a bad thing I'd become so intense with my diet and exercise lately. Also he raised my RDI 600 KCAL's/day. Its nice when your doctor compliments you on how well your doing. He also told me it was fine to define my abs if I want as long as I'm still listening to my body and don't overdo it. Yeah!!! I'm so excited!
