TODAY was the first day I reached my PROTEIN GOAL (100g) 💃🏻 Only 29cal over my daily budget and I feel great 😌
Thanks to the sound advice of this group (& a protein shake) 💪

@superriotpanda thanks! It feels a bit like cheating the system 🤪 I think eventually I’d like to go without protein shakes, but for now I’m enjoying!
