Day two,
Started great,been too tia chi which i really enjoyed and doing it tuesdays and Thusdays and the key is keeping myself busy as i dont want too eat from being board..
Had an apple for morning tea in which i wasnt even hungry as ive been busy,knowing i have steak for dinner tonight im excited as i love a nice piece of steak..
Tonight will go for a walk and a swim as its a beautiful day...
