Eish already I'm unhappy with the slow change in weight, but now we are going to eat at Spur for Valentine's day. I will just close my eyes and enjoy the moment with my husband. Will start eating well again tomorrow.

a cheat meal once in a while doesn't impact weightloss. it helps the body think it's not starving and actually helps lose weight. remember once in a while
