I am committed to following my caloroe intake. So far it is really not that hard. My RDI is 1800 but it seems hard to eat that much with the foods I am eating. I am trying to have low carb high protein. Yes I have lost 6 pounds but its more like 4 because the first weigh in was at another scale where I am doing a competition. I will meet my goal. Its summer and I am ready to feel confident in a bikini and in a tight shirt. Damnit I am 23 I can do this.
