Hi Charmaine. Probeer volgende keer 'n bron van proteiene of vette ook bysit, dit sal jou langer versadig hou. Bv. Whey proteienpoeier, kollageenpoeier, jogurt of melk :)

@Jancke 29, I was truly full from my totally unusual snacking on everything that I don't usually eat, eg, chocolate, fudge, cake etc, I try my best to eat clean but just had a "stuff this" morning and let myself cheat on everything and anything, so my smoothie was purposefully made that way because I know I will retaining water thanks to my cheating🙈

I love the unusual combination, I’ve never had star fruit, what does it taste like and where did you get it?

I found the starfruit at Food Lovers Market, it was the first time I have seen them, so I had to try them, they are sweet, but a little tart ans sour altogether, definitely an aquired taste☺️

I have heard from a health professional that kale should not be put into smoothies or spinach for that matter. Better eaten cooked in stir fries or soups
