Lost fast only in few days. Ur metabolism wil start slow down and the stuck will happen.
Just keep ur actual daily bmr and it will reward you.
Try find the diet that suit you.
Myself suitable with ocd diet.

Ka good job udah memulai diet journeynya, the beginning is usually not easy, and you’re really brave for taking the first step. 🤗
Mungkin kalau boleh sedikit saran, coba Kaka cari2 info tentang pola diet yang lebih tepat berdasarkan BMR dan TDEE kaka, supaya BB tidak hanya turun karena defisit kalori, tapi juga tetap memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi yng tubuh dan jiwa Kaka butuhkan, hasilnya mungkin tidak seinstan “makan sesedikit mungkin”, tapi tubuh Kaka stamina dan gizinya akan tetap terjaga walaupun berat badan Kaka turun. Banyak resiko yang nantinya malah harus Kaka hadapi, kalau makannya tidak memenuhi BMR..
Di youtube sudah banyak penjelasan tentang pola diet yang sesuai dengan BMR dan TDEE, sebagai referensi Kaka bisa liat channel YT : dietsantuy, yulia baltschun, dll.
Tetap semangat ya Ka, emang banyk informasi dan contoh2 pola diet yg bertebaran di internet, dan kadang saking banyaknya malah bikin bingung, it’s ok pelan pelan aja Ka, yang penting sudah mulai 💪💪

sister, I really appreciate the good thing you are about to start. good for you. but I am afraid that amount of calories is way too low to support your body's basic needs. of course your weight will decrease but you'll become more vulnerable to any disease. I think you need to add your calorie intake. weight loss actually is not just about losing weight it's about building a healthy lifestyle too!! :D

@faraondiet yes that’s way too low, you should calculate your calorie based on your BMR before you start your diet so you know how much calorie you need a day to keep you healthy and your organs work.. you’re doing great but do it better and safer next day! 💪🏻💪🏻
