Have you ever tried “zero calories” pasta ? It is made with a non digestible carb. It needs to be rinsed before use and more time cooking than regular pasta. Its not great but its ok and a serving has like 10 calories of carbs. The rest of the ingredients will make it taste like your usual dish. Try it. 

I prefer regular or veggie pasta personally.  

That yogurt hummus sauce sounds awesome! Would you please share the recipe? 

This recipe just bought me flashbacks of my dad who’s now passed. His favorite meal was having yogurt sauce with his spaghetti. It looks delicious I hope you enjoyed that🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️

For the recipe, I mix Greek yogurt with whatever hummus I have at the time, add garlic and coriander, and toss onto some noodles. Simple and savory .
