Oops, scales went the wrong way for Office BL weigh-in today. However up 1 pound was better than last TOM which was up 3.2. Everyone was up some this week. Memorial weekend activities, end of school parties, etc. My boss and his wife didn't weigh in today as they are out of town on vacation, so I won't know how bad the 1 pound gain effects my final placing til next week.
As of last week I was 11.41%, but with the gain I am now at 10.87%. My boss is at 11.31% and his wife 11.21%. I am sure if he had weighed he would have lost as he has lost at least a pound every weigh in but one. His wife has only had two weeks of gains and they were not but a pound.
I have to be diligent these next two weeks. I was hoping to be out of the 160s by June 1st. I was 162.8 this morning. I am drinking lots of water and watching salty food intake this week plus back to getting my cardio workouts in. Hopefully Monday I will see 159.8 on the scales :)
Again a 1 pound increase with TOM is better than the 3 pounds the last time, plus knowing what I ate this weekend, 1 pound I am happy with!! Now just have to get cracking, so close to pocketing $225 don't want to blow it in the end.
