I ate the whole sweet yummy thing like it was an apple!!!! Moderation? What is that? I actually never realized until today how filling a whole pepper is! 😊

One of my best hacks: When I 'm on the road and need a snack or a meal, instead of going to the drive through, I go to a supermarket and buy a pound of green beans, some peppers and carrots and maybe some sliced meat. I can crunch away as I drive, fill up and never skip a beat on my weight loss.

I love cukes, but I have to steer clear unless they are in a salad because they are a dip trigger…. I literally crave Caesar dip when I have cukes, to the point I always cave and wind up eating more dip that cukes. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
