Thanks everyone! 🤣 But this was my progress pic PRE-COVID. I had lost 20kgs, but fell off track (as you’ll see on my current weight) but it’s a journey to get back to that point, and I’m headed there 

I’m also trying to get back to the progress I had made ~ 15 years ago. Lots of good company here in the same situation whether it’s because of covid or other factors. Way too easy to abandon good habits little by little and before you know it the pounds are back. Today’s a new day and what’s done is done. God bless.
