Sour cream (now plain greek yogourt) goes in borscht (beet cabbage soup) a bit of a vinegar / dill base - it all makes sense to me. Tasty!

@mandini79 yes exactly as Jergens said! Just boiled some cabbage with chicken stock (used better than bouillon) and added lemon salt and pepper. Separately mixed up some Greek yogurt garlic dill and chopped cucumbers and swirled in.... Borscht inspired but without beets (just didn't have any!)

Nice. I'm a big Fage 0 fan and I've always got a head or two of garlic and half a dozen lemons on hand. Always have dry dill. Fresh dill, like yours, is a plan ahead item for me.
