Back from 2 weeks in PA, 10 days in Myrtle Beach and ready to go to Charleston for 5 days over Thanksgiving. I had .2oz to -0- gain in that time. If I did gain I was able to get rid of it before my 11-14-14 weigh in. Tried Loose-It with SparkPeople in the sense I filled out information, but I don't think I'll try it. I did try an older version of SparkPeople and lost interest. FatSecret is so easy and a very good data base to use. I'll see how CityGirl is doing
