I woke up @ 4am and couldn't get back to sleep so got up and read and worked. This afternoon I had to take a nap I was so tired. Didn't eat hardly anything today. Not doing good on the water, exercise or keeping the calories up. What is wrong with me? On the up side, I have lost 5 lbs since March 28th. Ten more before the 20th of May!!! OK tomorrow will be better. I will work on making sure I eat! good night.
