Did not eat much yesterday because of feeling unwell, and today I have a very long day ahead so not much rest or exercise...someone was selling chocolate bars yesterday (fundraising chocolate drive)- one of my colleagues said, "No thanks, I'm not paying to get fat" - thought that was rather an interesting comment...made me think about how much I actually spend on poor nutrition.
