Need to keep reminding myself that I really do enjoy making healthier choices. Temptation just clouds my decisions sometimes. Sparkling water with a bit of of is more refreshing than a coke. Some healthy sushi and a salad is just as tasty as a burger with chips. No, I don't REALLY want to eat those cookies on the way home from work, I'm just tired.

its hard to stay strong sometimes ..i do nightshift so everyone brings out all the bad (but so good) things and i have to say a very big no 😅
