I am focusing eating for nutrition needs only. As long as I am doing mindful eating, chewing it slowly to feed my body for energy and not for any other reason. As well as daily intermittent fasting. Drinking water when I feel hungry when my body is really thirsty for water.. Here is to the next 18-20 hour's of fasting and plenty of water so I can obtain my goal and be healthier.
