Note to self: only 3 days gym this week, all heavyweights. 2 big blowout meals out with the family to celebrate Mother’s Day, and a 3rd tomorrow. No change in my regular diet. April is now here, so I’ll start to gradually reduce the calories until the end of June, and try and maintain my weight (with no weight loss). #FeelingGood 👊🏼💪🏼
