I have to get back on the wagon! I can usually follow some sort of a diet during the day but at night after work the stress throws me for a loop and I EAT! I don't just snack it's more of a binge on everything in sight even if it that means stale chips and velveeta... HELP! I've been far to lazy to record anything lately... yesterday I tried... and the calories weren't as bad as I had expected but that doesn't make it good. So starting today NO MORE BINGE EATING! I can't! I don't feel good anymore and it's just not healthy!
