Well, I lost 2.8 pounds this week, yay! That makes up for not losing anything last week. I've lost a total of 19.2 pounds since starting Atkins. I am very pleased with this. For now I am going to stay at 25 net carbs (12-15 of those being veggie nc's) and am going to add in raspberries.
I will take my measurements on January 1st, as I only take those once a month. Yesterday I was able to wear my skinny boot jeans with my sexy boots, and I felt fabulous! I never thought I'd be in the 180's again nor be able to wear those jeans which I haven't been able to wear in many many years.
After adding the raspberries I am pretty sure (I will check though) that I will be done with the berry ladder and move onto the nuts, seeds, nut butter ladder rung.
