Diario di Joe Alec , 10 mag 22

Weight went up 5lb over my exam prep so I went back into deficit mode to try to get back to my goal. Been hiking a ton and preparing for a big move...weight is staying up even with a deficit most days. Idk what's up with that, but I also don't want to stress over it... Kind of torn between dropping calories again to see if I've been underestimating my intake or just continuing what I've been doing.

Screw it, dropping calories more. Still in a healthy range but it sucks after I was just getting used to a 2000Cal/day intake

I'm familiar with keto but I'm avoiding anything that restrictive beyond watching calories .
