Slept better last night - from 10:30 to 3:30 But I woke up to pee and didn't discipline myself to go right back to sleep. I felt the need to check my bank account. Then watched tv. At 5 am I had to eat. It's going to be a good day because I intend to make it so. I'm gonna do my first exercise now with some reps.
