Hmmm, I worked out at the gym today. I did 40 minutes of mild exertion on the elliptical and then worked very light weights with arms and legs. I felt super hungry tonight and I ate too many net carbs (30 instead of 25) and I ate 4 Atkins peanut butter cups (might not buy them again if they are a trigger). I'm not going to beat myself up over any of this, but I did want to journal it in case I gain or don't lose this week.
