It is super difficult to diet when it's cold! I feel like I'm going nowhere with this now. Maybe I'll just do the best I can and then start fresh when spring comes.

I have been maintaining my weight for 2 weeks now which I guess is better than gaining?! But it is super frustrating. Haven't been as active either. Have work that is forcing me to sit for long periods so will get back to activity as soon as that is over!
