Diario di Cheeks, 17 giu 09

Day 3...and so far so good. I decided to look at my weight this morning so I could get a gauge on how many points I should be eating, and luckily my guess was correct...and I'm still in the low 190's. I've offically gained back 17.4 pounds since January...but I'm not going to beat myself up over it, its been quite the year. Each day is a new day...and so far I've had 2 perfect days - here's to making it 3!
87,7 kg Perso fino ad ora: 6,6 kg.    Rimanenti: 19,7 kg.    Dieta seguita: Scarso.

1398 kcal Gras: 27,47g | Prot: 58,91g | Carb: 250,52g.   Colazione: Weight Watchers Yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, black berries, low sugar oatmeal. Pranzo: Watermelon, Chicken Soup. Cena: green bean, brummel, sweet relish, Miracle Whip Light, Tomato Basil Turkey Brt Tenderloin, light wheat bread, Tri-Color Chick Pea Salad. Snacks/Altro: apple, pear, gerbs. Di più...
Aumentando 0,4 kg a Settimana

Phew...thought I'd see my color change to red when I added my weight....and its in the orange. Still a looooong way to go...but its a starting point.

you know what to do and you will do it...im sorry that the year so far hasnt been what you wanted...however you will conquer and win
