Day 3...and so far so good. I decided to look at my weight this morning so I could get a gauge on how many points I should be eating, and luckily my guess was correct...and I'm still in the low 190's. I've offically gained back 17.4 pounds since January...but I'm not going to beat myself up over it, its been quite the year. Each day is a new day...and so far I've had 2 perfect days - here's to making it 3!
