Diario di caperbike, 04 giu 22

Past week finally got fed up with what I was doing and started to limit what and how much I eat and had a very active week movement wise. But don’t want to step on a scale just yet - feeling too good and don’t want a small drop affect feeling positive. Plan is to weigh in once a week to see change but not get obsessive weighing in multiple times a day and overthink things. Fingers crossed.
