52 kg lost .......17 kg more than my original goal. Feeling pretty good. Everyone asks how am I doing it, and I tell them about this app! This has been the best thing ever for me, I have totally re educated myself on how to eat. I have a family member who had lap banding done 6 months before I started this and they haven't lost as much as I have..... They are eating less but they are still eating the wrong foods. It's not easy and it takes will power but it can be done! 😀
