Ok I need to put this down before I guilt trip myself to death! Every day this week I've had something bad. Not like a whole meal... But for example tonight I had a granola bar, small serving of KD, a cpl small pasty deserts things... Yesterday I *think* I was good. Anyway I'm chalking it up to not having my right foods in the house. I know that's not an excuse but whatever! LOL... It works for me. I know Tomorrow I'll be back on track, and I hate SAYING THAT!!! Rephrase: I'll behave..... I also have moved my walk to the afternoon and I tink it's thrown my body out of whack? Is that even possible? I mean even my BM's (TMI Sorry) don't like it LOL Been backed up for a cpl days. Could also be my change in diet, ever so slighty....
All this because I KNOW I'm going to weigh in tomorrow and it's going to be a 2lb increase. But that's ok..
