Well, I managed to work out twice this weekend. By "work out" I mean walking for 30 minutes on the apartment complex treadmill. At least it is something. I was hoping to go this morning before work, but I didn't sleep well, and my knee was hurting. Hopefully I can do it tomorrow morning.

Anything is better than nothing. Walking on the treadmill can be a great workout. Some of those programs will make you seriously sweat and burn calories.
