Bummer day!-Okay, so I get on the scale, after under my 1,4500 cal diet for several days, and to my surprise, I have not lost anything, HUMM??? So, I wonder what is going on here? For all the scientist that say you can lose weight with very little exercise as long as you don't go over 1,350- 1,400 Cal Diet, I'm, going to say, that my body is showing otherwise! LOL
It is time to open up my wallet and buy a stationary flex exerciser so that I can begin to move again, (without using my feet.) (Getting old is a B!)
I refuse to get down about this, rather I will keep on keeping on-with God's help. To my buddies, Thank for your support! :)

I had to go with 1200 and exercise. Everyone is different.

I have heard that the less you have to lose the harder it is to get there. Of course, I've only heard that. :o) Maybe your body just needs to adjust. Don't let it get you down. Just keep on doing what you know is right for you and it will fall once again. "If you believe it, it will happen,"
