Bummer day!-Okay, so I get on the scale, after under my 1,4500 cal diet for several days, and to my surprise, I have not lost anything, HUMM??? So, I wonder what is going on here? For all the scientist that say you can lose weight with very little exercise as long as you don't go over 1,350- 1,400 Cal Diet, I'm, going to say, that my body is showing otherwise! LOL It is time to open up my wallet and buy a stationary flex exerciser so that I can begin to move again, (without using my feet.) (Getting old is a B!) I refuse to get down about this, rather I will keep on keeping on-with God's help. To my buddies, Thank for your support! :)
