Thanks! Umm, I had fruit yesterday, cut down on junk food (except that DD sandwich in the morning) and that was it. OH, I also walked 7 blocks in the afternoon (and it was chilly) to the subway station. I could have taken it easy and walked a block to the nearest station BUT I chose to walked to the one further out. I think the combo of the fruits plus the extra walking helped my digestion which ultimately helped me with the weight loss. I love peanut M&Ms...my guilty pleasure.
