I resolve to sleep longer hours at night. proper sleep patterns help one to lose weight and improves other systems too. Lord knows I need improvement body-wide!

Do you have sleeping problems or are you just a night owl like me? I have a hard time getting enough sleep each night.

nirwin, i could sleep 20hrs a day if i allow it. so many anti-seizur drugs and other fatigue inducing ones. actually i slept about 22hrs yesterday but i am sick so i hope that is the reason.
