Hello! I have lost 8 pounds as of yesterday. I just found this website and I love it! As for the snacking I try to eat as many all heathy snack as possible. My favorite is Jolly Tme's 100 calorie popcorn and fruit of any kind. I use to do weight watchers and loved their core plan, which was only fresh fruits and vegetables and non-processed meats. I'm using that to guide me this time as well because I want to get my blood pressure under control.

I like the Lipton Green Tea Diet of course. As for the water, not a big fan but I will drink it better with a little lemon in it.

Night time is the absolute hardest thing for me as well. That is why evening time is good for going to the gym and getting in bed early. I will try to do that most nights to avoid the temptation.

Thanks everybody. I think I need to put up a baby gate in the kitchen doorway...maybe that will help deter the snacking, lol ;-)

Great job on the weight loss! For night time snacking, I either go to bed early or I eat something that fits in with the calories I have left. Another thing I've done is tell myself I'll get a snack in 10 minutes then I get busy with something else and the craving passes.
