The calorie counting has been going well. I stay right around 1700 calories and so far I am down 53 pounds, still going strong. I can finally see my abs again which is an amazing sight, and I hit my personal best at the gym with running 3.5 miles in 30 minutes. Stay strong and stick to it, it works!
