up down and all around. Getting frustrated that I just cannot seem to break through this plateau I've hit. Am sticking to my diet plan 100% - have been consistently since Christmas. Have been consistent with my exercise - minimum 1 hour minimum 6 days per week. Have gone from not being able to swim one lap of the pool without exhaustion, and only being able to walk in the water, to now swimming 50 laps per day. Have gone from 30 laps to 50 laps this week to push myself harder. Hoping this will finally help me start losing again.
