Well I screwed up my food diary. The date changed while I was entering my foods for today, so then I had a couple of days...yesterday and Thurs with no entries. Yesterday should have been empty because I was entering it now. Thursday was missing because I didn't enter for that day yet. But it all moved forward by a day and I put what I thought was right down for Wed but it was really the day before. Anyway it's all screwed up. Now it will look like I ate twice what I will actually have on Sunday because everything from yesterday is on there too. Oh, well. I will have to deal with it.

You can delete it from the incorrect days and place it again under the correct days. Go to your diet calendar. If the date you need is already listed on the calendar, just click on that day and add your foods back in. Otherwise, if you've not recorded a day/s at all and it's not listed on the diet calendar, there is a link on the top right of the calendar that says Full Diet Calendar. From there, it takes you literally to a calendar where you can add your food.
