1/3 cup oats,
2/3 cup soy milk,
1 tsp chia seeds,
1 scoop chocolate protein powder,
20g strawberries chopped,
50g blueberries,
Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 4 hours preferably overnight in a sealed container or jar.
Then mix in 1tsp baking powder and place in an oven proof dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 degrees. 😋😁
