* Woke up at around 7am this morning
* Really wanted to raid the pantry or something, but took a look, found nothing really interesting, so pushed through and went into morning routine
* Drank half a cup of water, hopped on YouTube, skipped for around 18 minutes, came inside, finished rest of half cup of water, brushed teeth and washed face, brushed hair, then drank the milk and ate the bao
* Went to tennis, had a one hour lesson. The coach as usual was distracted with other things, but got some improvement. Learnt that I can hold my grip further down for more power
* Weighed in at home at 54.8kg with clothes on (53.8kg)
* Footy game, played alright, good tackles in the second quarter, could play harder next time
* Came home and was very hungry. Wanted to eat the pantry but resisted somehow. Very happy with that. Weighed in at 53.2kg!
* Ate two koala easy peel oranges for lunch
* Time to do some homework and practise cello and guitar. I hope I still have time to watch Stranger Things and do some skipping again. Will update.
* Watched ST, procrastinated homework to watch YT, skipped afterwards. Very hungry but resisted a snack mum offered me
* Hotpot dinner, resisted eating too much. Was delicious though! Flossed, brushed teeth and mouth washed straight after. Weighed in at 54.7kg with clothes on (53.7kg)
* Played cello then went out walking with dad for a little less than 5km
* Clocked in at 53.4kg!
