* Feeling very hungry in the morning, ate banana during Period 1/2 break, ate salad at lunch. Period 3 before lunch still hungry.
* Oh no there's a bake sale on today and tomorrow }:c
* Stayed up last night till around 3:30am, got laptop at 12am and watched YouTube the entire time. Got little sleep. Not good, but at least didn't binge.
* Veryyyyy hungry rest of day
* Ate a peanut/almond/choc bar on the car
* Ate a good dinner, feeling good after sports training
* Clocked in at 53kg!
