I started a moderate low carb journey today. I'm hoping to lose weight to improve my health and blood pressure. I feel excited about losing weight and eating healthier. Not sure how long that will take but hopefully it will happen.
It is hot weather here. I did a nice walk this morning and have a bunch of cleaning to do.
