Due to me doing a complete 180 and not slowly sliding in to eating healthy and going back to my fluid restrictions. My body decided to have a huge ibs constipation flare up. Due to my other health issues it has made my symptoms more pronounced and reeking havoc on my body. I've been in touch with my doctor. She's not worried that much as of yet, but if my symptoms from my more concerning health issues appear or get worse I have to go to the er.
