Breaking my almost 18 hour fast. Getting better at stretching out the time. Made it to 16.5 yesterday. I weighed myself yesterday and I was 2 lbs lighter than Sunday and today another pound less! :D My scale is janky tho I need a new one

excellent meal and great job with IF - I eat once a day on most days and it is easy after you get adjusted
