I guess I'm at a plateau. 😑 Any suggestions?

I started trying to up my protein and lower my carbs and it's paying off for me in slow losses. I hit a plateau not long ago and was very frustrated. so, I started food educating myself a bit more and surprisingly to me, it's working. Good luck.
