Before I decided to ride…my strain level on mu whoop was at 9.7…. Well below my 11.8…. Which was todays strain level to stay around….but I got bored….and hit a strain level of 17.3… from the hill ride I just did…o well….I blame my wanting to workout on the lunch I had….nut I did pass up the ice cream pie…lol
