Happy 😃 happy Wednesday….

Guess my body is catching up to all the loss…part of it all…it’s ok…

Waking up to 72 outside…have windows open..enjoying the morning air before the sun wakes up…lol…and the humid air begins…was watching a you tube on up coming winter ahead…don’t sound good this year..but..you just never kno till it gets here…

Getting ready to hit the hallways for morning movement…then resistance bands…kettlebell..and all the above…get a nap after lunch…that helped yesterday with my sleep..today ..missed my sleep by 30 minutes from getting my 8… I’m starting to be happy with 7.5… night reset my whoop to adjust for a few less…

Heard an ambulance…had to see if it was here…it went somewhere else…

Well…alittle past 5am…headed for that morning walk..listening to mind pump podcast…

Good morning! It’s 73 here with the windows open all night with light rain. High 88 and storms 2-5 so the windows will come down. It was cooler yesterday so I got in a lot of afternoon walking during my outing. It was nice. Took a half flexeril the last two nights so I have slept well. Got my appointment late October so trying to get by for now. Glad your nap helped yesterday and another planned for today. Lawn is wet so not sure if I am having contractor today or not. For now I am doing housework and laundry. Just took a break to catch up here for a bit. Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)

After lunch..my eyelids started to close…so….I got up…changed into riding bibs…and rode in zwift for 8 miles…woke them endorphins up…lol…

Happy, happy Thursday! It’s a breezy 58 this morning and high 70. Windows open and sip, sip!☕️ Much warmer where you are. Enjoy your walk, podcast and nap today. No nap for me. Contractor here yesterday and today. I rarely nap anyways. Always cleaning or cooking something or on the phone with friends and family. The house stuff should be done in another week or so and flexeril helping me enough to get back to my neighborhood walks. For now, I have to be on standby to run outside for decisions, etc. about the house. Have a great day!:)
